We have a brilliant opportunity for an experienced and driven BAS Agent to join our professional Finance Services team.

About the Role

This role is responsible for the professional delivery of bookkeeping and BAS services to a portfolio of trade and construction clients, who each have their own specific requirements. Activities include but are not limited to:

Reconciliation of accounts
Preparation and lodgement of BAS and IAS
Payroll tax and superannuation processing
Monthly and quarterly financial and management reports
EOY financials and related activities
Client engagement and review meetings
Analysis and audit
Set up of new clients
Education, training, and support for the team and our clients

Skills & Experience

Bookkeeping qualifications, minimum Certificate IV (essential)
BAS Agent Registration (preferred)
Working knowledge of Xero, QuickBooks, or MYOB (certification ideal)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
Experience managing a multi-client portfolio
Demonstrated experience working with small business
Trade and construction industry experience (preferred)
