Client Delivery Manager

We are looking for a Client Delivery Manager to join our growing team. You will primarily manage the Office Services team, ensuring that milestones, commitments and consistent delivery standards are met in respect to customer service delivery.

About the Role

  • Manage a small team, including delegating tasks and managing workflow
  • Facilitate team meetings, coaching and training in respect to customer service delivery and administration
  • First point of escalation
  • Manage both inbound and outbound calls
  • Develop strong relationships with our clients, fostering regular and impactful engagement
  • Conduct regular quarterly/monthly reviews with our clients
  • Report on customer call trends
