Customer Service | Scheduling | Administration

We are looking for energetic and organised individuals, who understand the importance of providing excellent customer service, to join our team.

About the Role

  • Proactively handle customer enquiries (phone, web, and email)
  • Schedule customer appointments and manage the team calendar
  • Enter work orders into the system
  • Basic quoting and invoicing
  • Customer and supplier calls to follow up on jobs and orders
  • General customer service and administration duties

Skills & Experience

  • Extensive customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer communication skills (over the phone and in email/chat)
  • High levels of computer literacy and processing speeds
  • Extreme attention to detail and accuracy of data entry
  • Knowledge of Xero
  • Experience with Aroflo, Simpro, or similar an advantage (training will be provided)
  • Previous experience with construction trade businesses (desired)
