We have a brilliant opportunity for an ambitious individual to join our professional Finance Services team.

About the Role

This role is responsible for the professional delivery of finance, tax, and bookkeeping services to a portfolio of clients, where each client has their own requirements. Activities include but are not limited to:

Weekly reconciliation of accounts
Accounts receivable and payable
End of month and end of year activities
BAS preparation
Payroll tax and superannuation processing
Preparation of financial reports
Data entry
General finance administration and adhoc tasks as required

Skills & Experience

Bookkeeping qualifications (essential) (can be in progress)
Strong knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles and practices
Working knowledge of Xero (essential), QuickBooks or MYOB (desired)
Strong excel skills
High degree of confidence with systems and applications for data processing and reporting
Consistently follows processes with a high level of accuracy in all areas of work
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Trade and construction industry experience (desired)
