We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our professional and supportive team.

About the Role

This role is responsible for defining and managing the delivery of marketing services to our clients. Activities may include but are not limited to:

  • Manage the delivery of marketing activity, ensuring execution is based upon approvals, key dates, and channel best practices
  • Prepare marketing plans, quotations, and proposals for clients
  • Present proposals, ideas, and final deliverables to internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing activities, optimising when required
  • Regularly deliver campaign performance updates to internal and external stakeholders
  • Report on post-campaign performance, including key learnings and recommendations
  • Develop and manage relationships with clients and suppliers
  • Set and monitor the direction and performance of the marketing team

Skills & Experience

  • 2 – 3 years’ experience in a similar role (essential)
  • Proven experience building and executing marketing campaigns to generate leads
  • A relevant degree or higher qualification
  • Team leadership or management experience
  • Well-developed communication and writing skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience in digital marketing platforms and tools, such as social media platforms, SEO, Google Analytics/Adwords, PPC, Google My Business, EDMs (essential)
  • Ability to use Adobe Creative Suite (essential)
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Strong business and commercial acumen
