Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role

  • First point of contact for external visitors to the office (clients, tradesman, couriers etc)
  • Reception services for Clever Cow (phone, email, text/chat)
  • Transfer calls as necessary
  • Phone overflow support
  • Diary management and management of meeting rooms and office presentation
  • Manage office supplies, including stationary, equipment and furniture
  • Facilities management, including liaison with the corporate landlord
  • Filing and data entry
  • Project work as required

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a similar, fast-paced role
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of Google Suite and MS office
  • Confident with systems and applications
  • Administrative and data entry skills
  • Experience in construction trade businesses and/or small business (desired)
