Receptionist

Team: Operations
Location: Cromer, NSW
Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role

First point of contact for external visitors to the office (clients, tradesman, couriers etc)
Reception services for Clever Cow (phone, email, text/chat)
Transfer calls as necessary
Phone overflow support
Diary management and management of meeting rooms and office presentation
Manage office supplies, including stationary, equipment and furniture
Facilities management, including liaison with the corporate landlord
Filing and data entry
Project work as required

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in a similar, fast-paced role
Outstanding communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Working knowledge of Google Suite and MS office
Confident with systems and applications
Administrative and data entry skills
Experience in construction trade businesses and/or small business (desired)
