We have a brilliant opportunity for an organised and driven individual to join our supportive and professional Office Services team.

About the Role

This role is responsible for the professional delivery of customer service and administration to a portfolio of trade and construction clients, where each client has their own requirements. Activities include but are not limited to:

  • Providing quality customer service
  • Answering incoming calls from customers
  • Diary and inbox management
  • Scheduling jobs, quotes, and appointments
  • Problem solve customer enquiries in a timely manner, escalating when required
  • Working collaboratively in a team
  • Other administrative duties as needed

Skills & Experience

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Previous experience in an office, hospitality or customer service role (essential)
  • Previous experience in scheduling and trade and construction (desired)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, great telephone skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage competing deadlines effectively
  • Highly organised with the ability to work autonomously
  • Demonstrated experience of working in a team
  • Competent user of Systems and Applications with a knack for learning new systems quickly
