Service Coordinator

About the Role

We are on the hunt for an experienced Service Coordinator to join our team. This role would suit someone with a trade based scheduling background. Activities include but are not limited to:

  • Daily management of technicians, including scheduling & allocation of jobs in Simpro & AroFlo
  • Customer service for our clients and their customers, via phone, email, text and chat
  • Admin tasks including maintaining a clean job system and entering work orders into the system
  • Basic quoting and invoicing
  • Customer and supplier calls to follow up on jobs and orders

Skills & Experience

  • Previous customer service experience (essential)
  • Previous trade based scheduling experience (essential)
  • Knowledge of AroFlo or Simpro (preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Multi-tasking capabilities
  • Strong computer skills, with the ability to master required software apps quickly
  • A confident and clear phone manner
