We understand that you want to manage you own accounts and that from time to time you might have a question. We have a couple of options to assist.
Training – Our certified, in house trainer is available for one one one training on bookkeeping using Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks. These courses are tailored for your trade and construction business. We also have training on social media and business operations.
Helpdesk – The team are available for any question you might have regarding the administration of your business. Mostly the calls are related to bookkeeping enquiries, but we also have questions related to payroll, how to use applications, supplier referrals and just about anything else to do with the administration of your business. The skillset of the team is vast and connected. So if we aren’t able to give you an immediate response, then we know someone who will be able to answer your question.
Yes, one of our experienced bookkeepers/bas agents will assist in getting you up to date with your ATO obligations.
